וְזֶ֨ה דְבַר־הַמַּ֜ס אֲשֶֽׁר־הֶעֱלָ֣ה ׀ הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹ֗ה לִבְנוֹת֩ אֶת־בֵּ֨ית יְהוָ֤ה וְאֶת־בֵּיתוֹ֙ וְאֶת־הַמִּלּ֔וֹא וְאֵ֖ת חוֹמַ֣ת יְרוּשָׁלִָ֑ם וְאֶת־חָצֹ֥ר וְאֶת־מְגִדּ֖וֹ וְאֶת־גָּֽזֶר׃
Le but de l’impôt qu’avait levé le roi Salomon était de construire la maison de l’Éternel et sa propre maison, plus le Millo, la muraille de Jérusalem, Haçor, Meghiddo et Ghézer.

The Millo. [Millo was] a place in Yerusholayim, in the City of Dovid, that was called Millo, because it was enclosed by a low wall and it was filled [ומלאו] with dirt.14Alternatively, it was a large open plaza without any buildings, where people gathered [=מלא]—Ralbag.
